This video is a no-hype explanation of how we do carpet cleaning. Most people are familiar with steam cleaning, and so they are surprised when we don't run hoses all through the house. Our method is called "bonnet cleaning". It is a tried and true method that has had a few modern twists added. Think of it as a "carpet shampoo" on steroids.

How does the dirt get sucked up? It goes onto the cotton pads, which we swap out frequently as we clean. The advantages are extra scrubbing, deep cleaning, and less water.
